An afternoon of yoga and Relaxation - September 20th - Cheshire

Enjoy an afternoon of yoga and relaxation. The afternoon is suitable for all levels and will comprise of postures, pranayama (breathing techniques) and deep relaxation.

The workshop will be held at Gawsworth Village Hall, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 9RJ
Saturday September 20th, 1:30pm - 4:30pm, the price is £10 in advance £12 on the day.

Yoga Retreat Weekend - October 3rd to 5th - Cumbria

Experience a relaxing and restorative weekend which offers Yoga at the Haybergill Centre, Appleby, Cumbria.

The weekend will be suitable for all abilities, if this is your first yoga retreat you will have the opportunity to try different yoga styles, including traditional Hatha and flow yoga, different meditation techniques such as trataka (candle gazing) and nada (sound or sonic meditation), Pranayama ( breathing techniques) as well as guided deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and progressive relaxation.
There will be opportunities to enjoy the surrounding countryside or simply relax and refresh in the sauna, participate as much or as little as you wish, it's your retreat!

There are limited spaces so book early to avoid disappointment. The retreat begins on Friday 6pm - Sunday 4pm and costs £190, which includes tuition, all meals and two nights accommodation (rooms shared up to 2/3 persons).

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required in advance made payable to Andrew Wrenn.
