One Day Retreat…… A Day of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and relaxation With Andrew and Francesca at the Moorside Grange Higher Disley  Price £30  Living in a busy modern world, we can overlook the true sense of self, of what it means to be present.  Why not indulge yourself with a day purely dedicated to yourself, letting go of the stresses and tensions of everyday life as you have the opportunity to explore the different aspects of yoga, some which will be familiar from classes, and others which are maybe only encountered on a retreat.
 Inspired by my own experiences of retreats from different parts of the world, this day of yoga will give an insight into the physiological, psychological and spiritual delights and challenges which arise from a deeper yoga practice.
The day will comprise of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath-work), Meditation and deep guided relaxation, at some times respecting mouna (silence).
 The day aims to challenge, yet be accessible as you are guided to explore the different aspects of your practice to promote   strength, flexibility, self-enquiry and clarity.

6 Day Spring Yoga Retreat May 15th-20th

      Treat yourself to an authentic yoga retreat and take your practice to another level. Experience serenity, calm, and restoration with a spring six day yoga retreat set in Europes oldest Buddhist monastery.Looking out over the River Esk in the peaceful hills of the Scottish Borders Samye Ling is an ideal setting to inspire, exhilarate and offer time for reflection in our busy lives.  The retreat will offer asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra. Every morning will be silent as well as one full day of silence (mouna).
All accommodation is in single rooms with three (excellent!) home cooked vegetarian meals a day.
Price £475 inclusive of single room, 3 meals and tuition.
